Due to this corona virus we are locked in our homes and need to do something for betterment.
Here is some tips of manage stress and promote mental well-being
1. Practice mindfulness:
Feel free and bring attention to "now" and "present"
2. Meditation:
It is simple,free and takes only few minutes in return it gives relexation,positive attitude,etc.
3. Breathing exercises:
Whenever in stress,take long and deep breath! Count from 10 to 0 for time being with long breath! It really helps
4. Think possible outcomes:
As we all are facing the issue of covid 19 and for better mind set think possible outcomes of the situation what are the things which can take place.
